浸大（HKBU）GPA、重讀、補考、AI 政策：官方規例逐條解讀

好多浸大同學收到成績表先發現自己嘅 GPA 唔喺自己以為嗰個級別，或者收到「Academic Warning」個 email 先開始搵規矩睇。呢篇文淨係寫返 HKBU 官方 Academic Registry、Student Handbook 2025-26、CHTL 同 BBA 網頁入面寫得清清楚楚嗰啲條文——每一段都會夾返官方 section 號同英文原文。如果搵唔到官方寫法，我會直接寫「搵唔到官方文件」而唔會擺個網上流傳嘅數字上去。

先講清楚適用範圍：本文寫嘅係浸大本科（undergraduate）規例。研究生（Master / MPhil / PhD）另有一套 Graduate School Academic Regulations，數字唔一樣。

先搞清楚：浸大用嘅 GPA 係一套，唔係兩套

HKMU 因為歷史原因分咗 5-credit 同 3-credit-unit 兩套制，所以佢哋嘅 First Class 上限一個係 4.00 一個係 4.30。浸大唔係咁。喺 Student Handbook 2025-26 Regulation 6.2 入面，GPA 就係一個定義：

“The GPA is an important indicator of the academic standing of students. It is obtained by adding all the grade points gained and then dividing the sum by the total number of units attempted.”

Regulation 6.3 進一步分開兩種 GPA：semester GPA（單一學期）同 cumulative GPA / cGPA（讀到而家所有科加埋計）。決定你幾級榮譽嘅係 cGPA，決定你收唔收 Academic Warning / Probation / Dismissal 嘅係 semester GPA。呢兩個名要分清楚，因為所有規則都用得好準：

“The semester GPA is calculated from all the grade points gained and the number of units attempted in a given semester. The cumulative GPA (cGPA) is calculated from the cumulative grade points gained and the cumulative number of units attempted.”

榮譽等級：First Class cGPA 3.40 起

浸大官方寫嘅榮譽級別（Academic Registry – Honours Classification，同 Student Handbook Section 13.18 完全一致）如下：

cGPA	Honours Classification
3.40 – 4.00	First Class Honours
3.00 – 3.39	Second Class (Division I) Honours（俗稱「2:1」）
2.50 – 2.99	Second Class (Division II) Honours（俗稱「2:2」）
2.20 – 2.49	Third Class Honours
2.00 – 2.19	Pass（發 General Degree with a Pass）

對比其他學校最有用嘅一組數字係 First Class 分界：

學校	First Class cGPA 最低要求
HKBU（浸大）	3.40
HKMU（都大） 5-credit system	3.50（上限 4.00）
HKMU（都大） 3-credit-unit system	3.50（上限 4.30）

換句話講，如果你係浸大同都大之間比較，浸大嘅 First Class 分界比較低（3.40 vs 3.50）。但呢個唔代表「浸大 First Class 易攞」，因為分母（total units attempted）計算方式唔同，同埋浸大唔會為咗頂榮譽級別而 pick「best 80 credits」——佢就係全部你讀過嘅 units 都計。

重讀一科：Section 7.7 寫「一世只可以重讀一次」

Student Handbook Section 7.7 寫得好直接：

“Students, during their entire study at the University, are allowed to repeat only once in either Year 1, 2 or 3. Students who fail to fulfil the graduation requirements after the final year of study may also be granted concession of one additional year of study with the approval of the Senate.”

兩個要注意嘅位：

• 「only once」——你成個大學生涯，只能夠喺 Year 1、Year 2 或者 Year 3 其中一年重讀一次。唔係每年可以重讀一次，係四年入面得一次。
• 最後一年畢唔到業，可以再 apply concession of one additional year——但呢個要 Senate 批。

至於重讀一科之後 GPA 點計，官方 Handbook 冇明文一句「取最高」或者「取最新」——所以以呢一點嚟講，浸大同都大 Section 5.8 嗰句「only the Grade Point from the final attempt… will be included」嘅明確寫法唔同。浸大官方文件搵唔到同等一句。你要 confirm 嘅話，唯一穩陣做法係去問你 department 嘅 Programme Director 或者 Academic Registry。

因為呢一次重讀係「一世一次」，所以嗰科嘅 assignment 質素比平時更加唔可以蝕底。想搵人由零起草一份跟足 rubric 嘅功課初稿，可以睇下Case Study 代做服務，由 human writer 出稿，你自己再改成自己把聲。

Semester GPA 1.67：Warning、Probation、Dismissal 嘅正式分界

呢個係最多人問嘅位。浸大 Student Handbook Section 7.3（如果你嗰個學期讀 12 units 或以上）同 7.4（讀少過 12 units）分別咁講：

Handbook 嘅 Academic Dismissal 原文：

“Academic Dismissal: With a semester GPA of below 1.67 for two consecutive semesters; or on other academic grounds.”

「Or on other academic grounds」呢一句好重要——即係話就算你冇連續兩個學期低過 1.67，你都可以因為其他理由被學校要求退學（例如同一 required course 重讀兩次仍然 fail）。Academic Registry 嘅 Dismissal 頁就直接列咗：

“other academic grounds, e.g. a student failing a required course after repeating it twice”

補考（Supplementary Examination）：一個學期最多一科，上限 D grade

浸大有 supplementary exam 呢個制度，但條件寫得好緊。Academic Registry – Supplementary Exam 同 Handbook Section 4.13 – 4.14 寫得清清楚楚：

• 只有一種 fail 先可以申請：因為「end-of-semester or year examination」個試 fail 咗而 fail 咗成科。如果你係因為 assignment、report 或者出席率而 fail，唔屬呢個範疇。
• 要 Programme 同 course instructor 兩邊 recommend 先可以坐——即係你唔可以自己申請。
• 一個學期最多一科——包括畢業班學生都係一樣。
• Grade D 係上限——即係就算你補考時做到 90 分，最終 transcript 出嚟都係 D。呢一條係「maximum grade for the course after supplementary examination」。

Section 4.14 原文：

“Students, including final year students, are allowed to take supplementary examination for a maximum of one course per semester and Grade D is the maximum grade for the course after supplementary examination.”

畢業班學生 Semester 2 fail 咗要考補考，仲需要 Senate 批准（Section 4.15）——所以如果你係 Final Year Sem 2 出事，時間會好緊，你要即刻搵你嘅 Programme Director。

補考封頂 D grade 呢一點好現實：拎返嘅分好有限，所以真正要守住嘅係其餘幾科嘅 coursework 分數。如果同期仲有 essay 未郁過，可以放心交比處理過成萬份assignment 嘅 UniWriterPro 團隊，負責代寫你份essay（可以click 咗入去service page 望下先)，唔使幾科同時卡住。

畢業年限：官方寫「最少 4 年」、冇明文「最多幾年」

大部分本科 programme 嘅 normal study period 係 4 年（AR – Curriculum Structure），例外係：

• Bachelor of Chinese Medicine and Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Biomedical Science — 6 年
• Bachelor of Arts / Social Sciences (Hons.) and Bachelor of Education (Hons.) 雙學位 — 5 年

Section 13.10(1) 寫嘅畢業要求包含：

“to have enrolled in the University for at least four years, or as specified by the programme requirements (for students admitted to advanced standing, the period of attendance may be reduced accordingly);”

至於「最多讀幾年」——我搵唔到浸大 Student Handbook 有一句類似 HKMU「N+2 years」嘅硬性總上限。Handbook 有嘅係：

• Section 13.15：因為 academic problem 讀唔完可以申請 concession of one additional year，Senate 批。
• Section 7.7：Year 1 / 2 / 3 只可以 repeat 一次。
• Section 12.2：一次 leave 最多 2 個學期，要再 extend 要 apply 過。

加埋計，實際嘅極限係「normal period + 1 concession year + 各種 leave」——但呢個唔係一個簡單嘅「N+2」數字。如果你已經 delay 咗一段時間，唔好靠自己數，直接去搵 Academic Registry 攞你 case 嘅正式書面確認。

功課遲交、缺席、AI 使用——邊啲有硬規矩、邊啲冇

呢一段係最多人被誤導嘅位，因為網上流傳好多「浸大遲一日扣幾多分」嘅講法，但實際上：

項目	浸大官方文件有冇寫死一個數字？
遲交功課扣幾多分	Handbook 冇統一寫死。由 course instructor 喺 course outline 個別訂。要睇你嗰科 syllabus。
缺席幾多堂會被 fail	Handbook 冇統一寫死。CHTL 嘅 rubrics 建議係 attendance 缺席上限 1/3，但係參考用。
AI 用幾多 % 算太多	官方冇一個 % 數字。詳情下面講。
Turnitin similarity 上限係幾多 %	官方冇統一寫一個 %。由 course instructor 判斷。

呢啲數字如果你喺其他 blog 見到「浸大遲一日扣 10%」或者「Turnitin 超過 20% 就會 fail」——嗰個係嗰個 course 嘅 instructor 定嘅，唔係全校規定。要 confirm 你嗰科係咩規矩，就係睇你 course outline 或者直接問 course instructor。

AI 政策：預設係「可以用，但要 declare」

浸大 AI 政策由 University Senate 通過、透過 CHTL 頒布，同都大唔同——都大係「用咗要喺 OLE 上宣告」，浸大係要喺 assignment 入面附一份標準 Declaration。BBA 網頁寫出咗完整版本：

“In alignment with the University’s guiding principles, the default approach is that students are ALLOWED and empowered to use generative AI tools in assessed assignment tasks.”

用嘅時候要交嘅正式 Declaration 文本：

“I did knowingly use generative AI tools in this assignment. I followed the University’s guidelines for students on academic integrity. No content generated by generative AI tools has been presented as my own work. I take responsibility for the work submitted.”

“OR I did not use generative AI tools in this assignment.”

HKBU CHTL Standard AI Declaration

如果你用咗，仲要交 Acknowledgement（列出 AI 工具、prompt、輸出點用），而且輸出要保留可供查閱（「stored properly and will be submitted upon request」）。另外仲要有 in-text citation + reference list——APA 建議跟 APA style ChatGPT citation guidelines。

但——individual course 可以完全禁 AI（例如 in-class exam、有專業 accreditation 嘅科目、又或者 instructor 判斷 AI 會令你冇辦法達到 learning outcome）。所以：預設係可以用，但每一科都要睇個 syllabus 有冇 override 呢個 default。

最要記住嗰句：AI detection tools 唔可以做「唯一證據」

呢一句係全篇文最重要嘅一句，好多同學唔知。浸大 CHTL 嘅正式指引，被 BBA 完整引用喺 Teaching & Learning Supports 頁面上：

“AI detection tools are NOT to be used as SOLE evidence of improper use of generative AI tools. Other methods, such as oral examination, must be used to verify cases of improper use.”

浸大官方仲主動承認咗 Turnitin AI detection 有問題：

“There could be cases of false positive, i.e. incorrectly identifying fully human-written text as AI-generated text. For example, Turnitin admitted that there were higher-than-expected false positives.”

意思係：如果你被 flag 話用咗 AI，但你冇用，Turnitin 個 % 唔可以做定罪唯一證據。instructor 需要用其他方法（例如口試、要求你出示過往 draft、要求你解釋你點寫）先可以下判斷。呢個係浸大同其他學校（包括 HKMU）比較之下最有力嘅一個 policy statement。

內行話：做過幾年幫學生寫 assignment、有份見證同學被 flag AI 之後點應對，我可以直接講：好多同學一收到 email 話「AI detected」就即刻認咗、道歉。咁樣做係最差嘅選擇。因為官方文件明明寫住 detection 唔可以做 sole evidence——你有權要求 oral examination 或者提供 earlier drafts。認咗就自動變成「你自己承認咗」，之後咩 appeal 都好難走。要求 oral defense 唔係態度差，係跟返官方程序走。

抄襲定義：浸大分咗六種，仔細過大部分港校

浸大 Academic Integrity Section 2 對抄襲嘅正式定義（AR – Section 2 Plagiarism）：

“Plagiarism is the most common form of academic dishonesty. It means taking words or ideas from their rightful owners or any sources and presenting them as if they were their own (adapted from Hung, 1999).”

浸大分咗 6 種抄襲形式——呢個係香港八大之中比較仔細嘅寫法：

類別	官方定義（節錄）
Verbatim copying	「copying the ideas, exact words, sentences, paragraphs, codes, designs, or audiovisual elements… without acknowledging the source」
Self-plagiarism	「submitting the same or similar work for the same and/or different courses as if it was a new submission」
Translation plagiarism	「translating texts… from one language to another without acknowledging the source」
Uncited paraphrasing	「rephrasing someone else’s ideas without acknowledging the source」
Mosaic copying	「mixing ideas, words, data, codes… of the original source with your own without acknowledging the source」
Improper use of Generative AI	「copying from an output, text or non-text, generated by AI without acknowledging such use」

其中 Translation plagiarism 呢一項好多同學唔知——如果你將一篇中文 paper 翻譯成英文交（或者反過來）而唔標明來源，浸大官方係當抄襲處理。呢一點對中港學生特別重要。

後果方面，Section 4.2 寫：

“Any students who have committed an act of academic dishonesty during their course of studies at the University shall receive an ‘F’ grade for the course. More serious or repeated cases may be referred to the Student Disciplinary Panel…”

即係話：基本刑罰係成科 F，唔係只係嗰份功課 zero。重犯或者嚴重個案交去 Student Disciplinary Panel，可能停學。

Turnitin：學生用、iThenticate 教職員用

HKBU Library – Academic Integrity 頁面確認咗浸大用嘅係：

• Turnitin——學生透過個別 course 嘅 Moodle / OLE 用。
• iThenticate——教職員 / research staff 用嚟查 paper 交 journal 之前有冇問題。

呢個分工係好多學校都有嘅通用做法，但浸大 Handbook 冇一句 hard-coded 話「你 assignment 一定要 submit through Turnitin」——同 HKMU distance learning handbook 有明確「shall submit every assignment… through Turnitin」嘅寫法唔同。浸大係將呢個交由個別 course instructor 決定。

畢業要求：128 units 定 134 units？

呢個位好多同學搞唔清。Undergraduate Admissions HKDSE 頁同 AR Curriculum Structure 頁綜合起嚟：

Programme 類型	畢業所需最低 units
Single Disciplinary Major（絕大多數 programme）	128 units
First Major + Transdisciplinary Second Major (TSM) / Second Major (SM)	134 units（多 6 units）
Bachelor of Chinese Medicine 雙學位 / BEd 雙學位	個別 programme 定，看 University Calendar

官方原文（Admissions 頁）：

“Students pursuing a TSM/SM are required to complete a minimum of 134 units for graduation i.e. 6 more units than the regular graduation requirement.”

Handbook Section 13.3(2) 仲加咗一條容易被 miss 嘅要求：

“A minimum of 36 units of courses (including honours project) at Levels 3 and 4.”

意思係：唔係夾夠 128 units 就得，其中至少 36 units 要係 Level 3 或 Level 4 嘅高年級課程（包括你嘅 Honours Project / FYP）。呢一條同 Final Year Project 掛鈎——如果你 FYP fail 咗又冇補嘅話，可能連呢個 36 units 都達唔到。

另外 Section 13.12 講明畢業要求嘅 cGPA：

“Students must attain a cumulative GPA of 2.00 or above on all courses attempted including summer study and supplementary examination for graduation.”

副學位 / HD top-up 生：可以帶幾多 units 入嚟？

浸大就 advanced standing / unit transfer 嘅規則寫得清楚（AR – Unit Transfer for Year 1）：

“Students admitted to Year 1 with advanced standing (Non-HKDSE qualifications) may apply for transfer of units of up to 15 units if they have taken equivalent courses in other institutions.”

並且入面 15 units 之中：

“Out of these 15 units, the transfer of units for University Core/Language requirements and General Education Level 1 Foundational courses will be capped at 12 units.”

如果你係 Senior Year Entry（直接入 Year 3），Handbook Section 9.4 話：

“Senior Year entrants admitted directly to Year 3 may receive transferred units of not more than one-half of the total units required for graduation at the point of admission. For those who further participate in exchange programmes, they may receive transferred units of up to two-thirds of the units required for graduation.”

對比 HKMU：都大係「50% 上限，但 top-up degree programmes 唔受限」；浸大 Senior Year 係「50% 上限，如加交換可以 up to 2/3」。兩個學校政策唔一樣，唔可以互相搬用。

值得補充嘅係 Section 9.5 同 9.7：

• Grade C 以下嘅舊科目，浸大有權唔認 transfer。
• Transferred units 唔會計入你嘅 GPA——即係你副學位 3.8 GPA 唔會帶入嚟做浸大嘅 cGPA base。你要重新由零開始砌返個 cGPA 上去 First Class。呢個對 HD/AD top-up 學生特別關鍵。

Top-up 學生嘅時間表壓縮得好緊，兩年要行完人哋四年嘅份量，而 capstone 或 final year project 通常就係最食時間嗰件。呢個位可以搵UniWriterPro 嘅有經驗團隊代做FYP 全程支援或者Thesis 論文代寫，分擔你嘅 workload。

浸大官方文件完全冇規定嗰啲嘢

呢一段特別重要——因為好多 blog 會攞其他學校嘅規矩、或者網上流傳嘅講法，當浸大官方寫。以下呢啲嘢，我搵咗 Student Handbook、AR 網頁、CHTL 指引、BBA 手冊都搵唔到全校統一寫法：

• 遲交功課扣分嘅百分比——由 course instructor 定，冇全校 template。
• Turnitin similarity % 上限——冇全校 hard cutoff（e.g. 「超過 15% 一律 fail」）。由 course instructor 判斷。
• AI 使用 % 上限——CHTL guidelines 冇一個「用超過 X% AI 就係抄襲」嘅數字。
• 缺席堂數上限——Handbook 冇統一寫。個別 course 可以自訂，CHTL rubrics 提及過 1/3 作為建議參考。
• 重讀一科之後 GPA 用邊個成績計——Handbook 冇明文寫「取最新」或「取最高」。你要問 Programme。
• 總最長讀書年限（類似 HKMU 嘅 N+2）——Handbook 冇一個統一嘅「最長 X 年」數字。

如果你 Google 到有 blog 話「浸大遲交扣 20%」、「浸大 Turnitin 超過 15% 就 fail」、「浸大 AI 用超過 30% 就抄襲」——嗰啲唔係 Student Handbook 或者 CHTL 寫嘅。可能係某一科嘅 course outline 被搬字過紙，或者根本係作出嚟。要確認你嗰科嘅規矩，直接睇 course outline 或者問 instructor，唔好靠第三方文章。
